FxifyApp – Data Deletion Request Policy

FxifyApp ("Fxify", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This Data Deletion Request Policy explains how you can request deletion of your personal data from our systems in compliance with data protection laws such as GDPR.

1. Who Can Submit a Data Deletion Request

Any user of FxifyApp (Clients or Service Providers) may submit a request to delete their personal data. You must:

  • Be the account owner or authorized representative

  • Provide valid account identification (email, phone number, or username)

2. How to Submit a Request

You can request data deletion through one of the following methods:

  1. In-app request: Use the Data Deletion option in your account settings.

  2. Email request: Send a request to support@fxifyapp.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

    • Your full name

    • Account email or phone number

    • Reason for deletion (optional)

3. What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon request, Fxify may delete:

  • Account information (name, email, phone, address)

  • Profile information and photos

  • Service history, bookings, and communications

  • Payment information (to the extent stored by Fxify; note third-party processors may retain some information as required by law)

Note: Some data may need to be retained for legal or regulatory reasons (e.g., financial transactions, tax records). In such cases, we will anonymize the data where possible.

4. Processing Time

  • Fxify aims to process data deletion requests within 30 days.

  • You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted or anonymized.

  • In exceptional cases, processing may take longer. Fxify will inform you if this occurs.

5. Impact of Data Deletion

  • Deleting your data will result in loss of access to your FxifyApp account and services.

  • All associated bookings, history, and preferences will be permanently removed.
