What is FxifyApp?

How do I create an account?

  1. Download the FxifyApp from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Sign up using your email address or phone number.

  3. Complete your profile and verify your account.


Booking a Service (For Clients)

How do I request a service?

  • Open the app and select the service you need.

  • Provide details such as location, date, and description.

  • Submit your request and wait for a service provider to accept.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. You can cancel a booking from the app. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the service and timing. Any applicable fees will be shown before confirmation.

What if I’m not satisfied with the service?

If you’re unhappy with a service, please contact Support through the app or by email. We may help mediate issues, but Fxify is not responsible for services provided by independent professionals.


Providing Services (For Service Providers)

How do I become a service provider?

  • Sign up on FxifyApp as a service provider.

  • Complete your profile, including skills and availability.

  • Submit required documents or verification (if applicable).

How do I get paid?

Payments are processed through our secure payment partners. Earnings and payout schedules are visible in your account dashboard.

Am I an employee of Fxify?

No. All service providers on FxifyApp are independent contractors and not employees of Fxify.

What payment methods are supported?

Supported payment methods depend on your location and may include cards, mobile payments, or other local options.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Fxify does not store full payment details. All payments are handled by trusted third-party payment providers using secure systems.
