FxifyApp – Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all services booked through FxifyApp ("Fxify", "we", "our", or "us"). By using FxifyApp, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Fxify acts as a technology platform connecting Clients with independent Service Providers. All bookings and payments are directly between Clients and Service Providers, subject to this Policy.


1. Booking Cancellations

1.1 For Clients

  • Clients may cancel a booking at any time before the service starts.

  • Applicable cancellation fees, if any, will be displayed at the time of cancellation.

  • Cancellation requests must be made through the FxifyApp or website.

1.2 For Service Providers

  • Service Providers may decline or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Service Providers should notify Clients as soon as possible.

  • Frequent or repeated cancellations by Service Providers may result in account suspension.


2. Refunds

2.1 Eligibility

  • Refunds are considered when a service is not provided, is significantly delayed, or is unsatisfactory.

  • Fxify reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2.2 Refund Process

  • Submit a refund request through the FxifyApp or email support@fxifyapp.com.

  • Include booking details, reason for the request, and any supporting evidence.

  • Fxify will review and respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

2.3 Payment Methods

  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the booking.

  • Fxify does not control third-party payment processing times, which may affect when the refund appears in your account.


3. No-Show or Missed Appointments

  • If a Client fails to appear at the scheduled time, standard cancellation fees may apply.

  • If a Service Provider fails to arrive, the Client may request a full or partial refund.

  • Fxify will review such incidents individually.


4. Modifications to Bookings

  • Clients may request changes to booking details (time, location, service description).

  • Any modifications are subject to Service Provider approval.

  • Changes may affect pricing, availability, and refund eligibility.


5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events), refunds and cancellations will be handled fairly and reasonably.

  • Fxify may adjust policies temporarily to accommodate exceptional circumstances.


6. Disputes

  • Fxify encourages Clients and Service Providers to resolve disputes directly.

  • If a resolution cannot be reached, Fxify may mediate the issue and make a final decision on refunds.
